At Belle & Thyme Creations, we offer general catering and small batch baking services for small to medium-scale events.
We recommend a lead time of at least 10 business days to allow our team to carefully design and customise a menu that aligns with your event needs and budget. However, we understand that plans can change and we’re happy to remain flexible whenever possible.
Quotes are valid for a period of two (2) weeks only. After a proforma has been issued, a 50% deposit is required at least 10 business days prior to your event, to confirm your booking. If you encounter any significant delays in submitting your deposit, please contact our team to confirm our availability to cater your event.
Proof of payment must be submitted either via email at gather@belleandthymecreations.com or WhatsApp at 876.502.2288. Once your deposit has been received and verified by our team, the remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of delivery. Proof of final payment is also required.
